         CareConnect เคารพและให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้ โดยเฉพาะสมาชิก Premium Family ที่สมัครผ่านระบบ Premium Subscription (In-App Purchase ของ Apple App Store และ Google Play Store)

• • ข้อมูลการสมัครสมาชิกและการชำระเงินถูกจัดการโดย Apple และ Google เท่านั้น

• • CareConnect จะไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือรายละเอียดการชำระเงินโดยตรง

• • ข้อมูลการสมัคร เช่น ประเภทแพ็กเกจ, ระยะเวลา, และสถานะการต่ออายุ จัดการผ่าน RevenueCat

• • ข้อมูลการใช้งาน เช่น การส่งข้อความ, การสร้างสมุดบันทึกครอบครัว ใช้เพื่อปรับปรุงและให้บริการ

• • CareConnect จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่บุคคลที่สาม ยกเว้นกรณีที่จำเป็นตามกฎหมาย
  • การสมัครสมาชิก CareConnect จะแสดงในแอปว่า “Premium Family” (ครอบครัวพรีเมียม)

 

สิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับสมาชิก Premium Family

สมาชิกพรีเมียม CareConnect จะได้รับสิทธิพิเศษดังนี้:

• • การสื่อสาร-จัดส่งทุกวัน ทุกนัดหมาย

• • แจ้งข่าวสารด่วนทันทีและถึงทุกคนในครอบครัว

• • การสร้างและเก็บรักษาสมุดบันทึกครอบครัว

• • การแชร์สิทธิพรีเมียมให้สมาชิกในครอบครัว

• • การใช้งานฟีเจอร์พิเศษทั้งหมดโดยไม่มีข้อจำกัด

• • การใช้งานปราศจากโฆษณา

• • สิทธิ์เข้าถึงคอนเทนต์พิเศษและอัปเดตใหม่ก่อนใคร

• • สิทธิ์รับส่วนลดหรือสิทธิพิเศษในกิจกรรมหรือบริการที่ร่วมรายการ

 

เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน (Premium Subscription Terms of Use)

           
รายละเอียดการสมัคร

• • รายเดือน (ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ) – 129 บาท/เดือน

• • 6 เดือน (ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ) – 699 บาท/6 เดือน

• • รายปี (ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ) – 1,270 บาท/ปี 

• การสมัครดำเนินการผ่านระบบ In-App Purchase ของ Google Play และ Apple App Store เท่านั้น

• • การชำระเงิน: ผ่านบัญชี Google Play หรือ Apple ID

• • การยกเลิก: สามารถยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อก่อนวันต่ออายุ

         

ข้อควรทราบ

• • การสมัครจะ ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ หากไม่ทำการยกเลิก

• • ไม่มีการคืนเงินสำหรับรอบที่ชำระแล้ว

• • ราคาและสิทธิประโยชน์อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดย CareConnect จะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

CareConnect respects and prioritizes the protection of user personal data, especially for Premium Family members who subscribe via Premium Subscription (In‑App Purchase on Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

• • Subscription and payment information is handled solely by Apple and Google systems

• • CareConnect does not store credit card or direct payment details

• • Subscription data such as plan type, duration, and renewal status is managed through RevenueCat

• • Usage data, including messaging and family journal creation, is used to improve the service

• • CareConnect will not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law

  • The CareConnect subscription is displayed in the app as "Premium Family"

         Premium Family members enjoy the following benefits:

• • Daily communication and scheduling with family

• • Instant urgent notifications to all family members

• • Family journal creation and preservation

• • Share premium privileges with family members

• • Unlimited access to all special features

• • Enjoy an ad-free experience

• • Exclusive access to premium content and early updates

• • Eligible for discounts or special privileges in partnered events/services

Subscription Details

• • Monthly (auto-renewal) – 129 THB/month

• • 6 Months (auto-renewal) – 699 THB/6 months

• • Yearly (auto-renewal) – 1,270 THB/year

         Subscriptions are processed exclusively via In-App Purchase on Google Play and Apple App Store

• • Payment is charged through your Google Play or Apple ID account

• • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before the renewal date

• • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

• • No refunds are provided for completed billing cycles

• • Prices and benefits may change, and CareConnect will notify users in advance
